1978 CESSNA 182Q SKYLANE

Rare parachute equipped 182Q. Clean BRS equipped 1978 182Q. Parachute was installed in 2022. Garmin equipped, GNS 530 WAAS STEC autopilot, GMA 340, MX 20, Garmin 530 WAAS, KX 155, engine analyzer, digital fuel flow ADS-B. Nice paint and excellent leather interior 2009. More photos to come when out of the shop’s hangar. Wheel pants, Fresh extensive annual. New windshield, recent side windows, new fuel hoses, new brake disc. New pads. New alt belt. New scat hoses, New fuel hoses, fuel cap seals, new vacuum hoses, new wheel bearing seals, replaced both vacuum filters. Installed new plastic elevator and stab tips. TT 3800, 980 SMOH (2002), extensive teardown with rings and bearings in 2015 at 300 hrs. Pilot hit a runway light while taxiing. New 3 blade Hartzell was installed at this time. 265 hrs TT. This is a very well maintained and well rigged V Tail. 175-177 kts TAS airplane at 8k at 16 GPH (ROP) it has never been run LOP. SMOH is 580, SPOH is 541 ac TT is 7400. No corrosion and always hangared. This is a head turning aircraft on any ramp. Don't miss this one!

1982 Beechcraft V35B Bonanza

"This is your time machine!! The other day coming back from Springdale AR at 11,500 I was trueing 190kts with a gs of 247 kts!! At 16 gph and the engine running cool as a cucumber.
YOU need this Bonanza.
51C is the youngest V35B flying today. It was the 2nd to last produced but the last one is no longer with us sadly.
It is the next to last V35B produced in 1982 and delivered in 1983. Outfitted with a newly overhauled IO 550,
-new 3 blade propeller Hartzell PHC-C3YF-1RF,
-Whirlwind (now TAT) Turbo Normalizing system. (The engine was just overhauled by Twin Aircraft Engines in Newman, GA.)
The last annual and engine install was done by Columbus Aero Service LLC of Columbus, GA. It is also one of the very few V Tails equipped with the Robertson STOL system.
With full span flaps and spoilers for roll, control it is a very unique airplane giving you far more roll authority in the low speed realm.
Historically it was John Deakin’s personal aircraft serving as his test bed for the Whirlwind system. Many pages of notes and documents documenting his flights are included in the sale. He actually flew the Airplane to over 25,000 ft on more than one occasion. The N number was formerly N1BE. The performance of this machine is amazing. At 10,500 expect to see 185 kts tas at 16.5 gph with the highest CHT under 370. Flying at oxygen levels expect close to 200 kts at 16 gph. It is consistently cool running at those altitudes. I was a partner in this Bonanza a few years back and used the airplane to make trips to Colorado where my wife is from. It was truly an amazing machine and I flew it routinely at 16 to 18,000 ft. I hated to see it go but my dear friend and partner developed pancreatic cancer and passed away. Before he passed we sold it to the present owner who is selling only because of insurance issues related to age. This truly a “One of a kind” Bonanza. Excellent maintenance Garmin stack installed a few years ago. Garmin 375 WAAS GPS with ADSB transponder combined.
Century 2000 coupled autopilot. Fresh IFR certification Annual good through August. JPI 711 engine analyzer. Davtron chronometer, dual yoke available. Standby horizon Standby vac system. This is a very nice P35. It is higher TT(8000) but in excellent condition. The engine was originally a factory reman but had the bottom end overhauled in 2008 when the airplane suffered a nose gear collapse. It also has a top overhaul around 700 hrs ago. Hampton Aviation in Mena AR did the repair on the airplane as well as the bottom end overhaul. So technically the engine is past TBO, but with the bottom oh and the top oh being done it really has less than 1200 hrs on it. The 3 blade prop was installed new at this time The Bonanza was stripped and repainted in 2008 by Amos painting in Mena AR and still looks great. It had been previously painted by Popalowski just 2 yrs prior. This is a very nice and well maintained Bonanza. It has lots of life left in it. Asking 135,000 OBO.
